I still need to get the old posts moved over despite the loss of the pictures.

Well, after the demise of Nakama.ca I really have stopped posting.

The greatest thing I liked about Nakama was that it nicely replaced TextAmerica and allowed me to continue making posts from my phone.

In the mean time, I've moved from NYC to just outside Chicago and am still looking from work. I'm still bummed out about my employer moving to NC and I miss the old job, the old co-workers and I still miss NYC like I never thought I could.

Finally, I don't know if it was a real offer (but I couldn't find anything to suggest it wasn't), but I was recently offered a nice sum for my domain DigitalPetrol.com. I use it to redirect to whatever site I'm currently using to post.

If you're the broker or the buyer, I hope you find a good address. I know how difficult it is to find good names and that informed my decision to decline. Also take a look at GoDaddy auctions (no offense to your broker).

I'm genuinely impressed with the line of motorcycles from Polaris Victory this year. I went to the International Motorcycle show this weekend. Good show, but a little weird to rub shoulders with a Hell's Angel.

On the train home, I noticed the guy who had been occupying this seat left behind a photo of a baby and an empty shot-sized bottle of alcohol. I sense a huge story in there, if only for the reason that the photo was forgotten.
